The Outreach Specialist serves as a relationship driving role within the Marketing and Business Development department at EOSIS. This position is responsible for development and implementation of outreach and sales strategies for the EOSIS Detoxification and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) service lines. This is done by maintaining regular contact with referral partners, coordinating outreach activities, and participating in community and stakeholder engagement efforts to build brand awareness and drive referrals to treatment.

Working in collaboration with the marketing and business development team, the intake and admissions team, and the clinical services teams, the Outreach Representative helps ensure all external stakeholders understand the EOSIS continuum of care and have appropriate pathways for referral. The role participates in customer-facing initiatives including tours, site-visits, meetings, educational events, and conferences to promote awareness of EOSIS programs.
The primary goal of this position is to support relationship development, improve accessibility to services, and contribute to awareness of EOSIS programs and the EOSIS brand through consistent outreach engagement and follow-through.

Pay: $55,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plan to advance the EOSIS mission and support awareness and growth for detox and outpatient services.
  • Work in conjunction with the outreach and marketing team to ensure consistency, saturation, and coverage of the EOSIS brand continuum.
  • Contribute towards increased referrals, admissions, revenue, and growth as an organization.
  • Accountable to the VP of Sales and Marketing to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
  • Collaborates with Gateway and EOSIS Treatment Directors of IOP services in the development and execution of the strategic sales and outreach plan.
  • Develop and maintain database of viable contacts and referral sources to support the growth of EOSIS programs.
  • Use of Dazos, LinkedIn, and Apollo or similar programs to research, contact, and execute on relationship building strategy.
  • Participate in external events such as webinars, conferences, open houses, and networking events as an EOSIS representative for purposes of maintaining and building connections with current and potential stakeholders.
  • Work with intake and admissions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Ensure confidentiality regarding all organizational business, clients, patients, and treatment per HIPAA guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:
  • 1+ years experience in behavioral health including recovery specialist, admissions or intake coordinator, outreach, technician, etc.
  • Knowledge and understanding of addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfort with technology.
  • Relationship building and sales mindset – sales experience a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and stay organized.
  • Must have reliable method of independent transportation.
  • Familiarity with a CRM such as Hubspot or SalesForce a plus.
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in marketing, psychology, communications, or related fields a plus.
