About EOSIS Utah

EEOSIS Utah is a specialized continuum of adolescent behavioral health programs providing comprehensive assessment, stabilization, residential treatment, education, transition support, and family-centered care for children, adolescents, and young adults.

The EOSIS Utah continuum includes ViewPoint Center, providing psychiatric stabilization and multidisciplinary assessment for youth ages 6-17; Elevations RTC, offering clinician-driven residential treatment for adolescents ages 13-18; Discover Seven Stars, specializing in neurodevelopmental, autism spectrum, executive functioning, and learning differences for adolescents ages 13-17; The Approach Home, providing transition, life skills, and community integration support for young people ages 15-19; and Solstice West, a girls-focused residential program specializing in trauma, attachment, substance use, and addictive or compulsive behaviors for adolescents ages 12-18.

Together, EOSIS Utah programs provide families with a coordinated continuum of specialized care designed to understand each young person's unique needs, deliver the right level of support, and create meaningful opportunities for growth, connection, and long-term success.
